Please be sure to test the adhesion of the varnish on the surface layer before use. Please pay attention to the dryness of the varnish and the smell after curing before use. Please test the flexibility of the varnish layer before use, especially when printing on thin paper. Please test the hot stamping performance of the varnish before use. Different surface varnish products correspond to different reguirements, so please choose the appropriate product before printing.

The adhesion of “reverse underlayer varnish” is better than that of the top, so materials with good adhesion with “reverse underlayer varnish” do not mean the top surface varnish is the same. The adhesion must be tested before use, hot stamping of frosted parts has higher requirements for hotstamping paper. Therefore, it is not recommended to hot stamp in the frosted spot, and it is recommended to print with “varnish on the underlayer” in the hot stamping position.
