• Main components: Formulated with resin (for adhesion and film formation), humectant (to maintain paste moisture), silver powder (the key to the metallic effect), defoamer (prevents bubble issues during application), and thickener (controls paste viscosity).
• Environmental protection: Complies with ROSH and OEKE – TEX standards, ensuring it meets eco – friendly and safety requirements for textile printing.

• Metallic & Aesthetic Qualities: Delivers a strong metallic effect with high gloss, instantly elevating fabric visuals. Boasts good fastness, so the metallic charm endures through use and cleaning.
• Durability: Exhibits excellent washing fastness and resists both dry and wet friction. The print stays intact and vibrant, even after repeated laundering or handling.
• Application Ease & Feel: Offers a soft hand feel on fabrics. Additives prevent screen clogging during printing, and the paste has good resilience, maintaining its performance and appearance over time.

V. Operation Process

• Screen Selection: For optimal results, use an 800 – 1000 mesh screen. This ensures precise paste application and sharp, clear metallic patterns.
• Curing Agent Addition: Before printing, add 1% WG – 001 curing agent. This step enhances the paste’s comprehensive properties, like fastness and adhesion.
• Printing Steps: First, apply the primer paste 2–3 times to create a solid base. Then, print the NF – 081 imitation hot stamping silver paste.
• Post – Print Curing: After printing, cure at 130–150°C for 1–2 minutes. This extra step boosts fastness, ensuring the metallic print stays durable and vibrant long – term.
