III. Composition

• Main components: Formulated with resin for adhesive and film – forming properties, a humectant to maintain proper moisture, titanium dioxide (providing covering power for white paste and aiding color rendering for transparent paste), defoamer to prevent bubbles, and thickener to control viscosity.
• Environmental protection: Meets ROSH and OEKE – TEX standards, allowing for eco – friendly textile printing.

IV. Product Performance

• Covering & Color Rendering: White adhesive paste has outstanding covering power; transparent paste offers good color rendering with a matte finish for a refined look.
• Washing Fastness: After printing, leave at room temp for 24 hours, then wash 5 times in normal – temp water (45 mins each) – no peeling or cracking.
• Elasticity & Hand Feel: Forms a film with good elasticity, giving fabrics a soft hand feel, dry texture, and non – sticky surface.
• Antifreeze Performance: Shows superior antifreeze ability – no cracking after 40 bends at – 25°C, ideal for cold – environment use.

V. Operation Process

• Screen Selection: Use a 1000 – 1200 mesh screen for precise pattern transfer.
• Viscosity Adjustment: During printing, add pure water or humectant as needed to adjust viscosity for smooth application.
• Curing: Cure at room temp for 24 hours post – printing. For extra fastness, heat at 150°C for 1.5 – 2 minutes.
