3. Composition

• Main components: Composed of high – quality resin, which provides the adhesive and film – forming properties. A humectant is included to maintain the proper moisture level, ensuring the paste doesn’t dry out too quickly during use. Titanium dioxide in the white adhesive paste variant offers excellent covering power, while in the transparent paste, it helps with color rendering. Defoamer is added to prevent the formation of bubbles, ensuring a clean print, and a thickener to control the viscosity for optimal printing performance.
• Environmental protection: We are committed to environmental sustainability. This water paste strictly complies with ROSH and OEKE – TEX standards. You can use it with confidence, knowing it meets international environmental and safety requirements for textile printing.

4. Product Performance

• Covering and color – rendering: The white adhesive paste has outstanding covering power, effectively concealing the original fabric color and providing a solid base for subsequent color printing. The transparent paste offers good color rendering, giving printed colors a vivid and true – to – tone appearance with a matte finish that adds a touch of elegance to the fabric.
• Washing fastness: After printing, simply leave the fabric at room temperature for 24 hours. Then, it can withstand normal temperature water washing 5 times, with each wash lasting 45 minutes. Even after this rigorous washing process, there will be no peeling or cracking of the printed pattern, ensuring long – lasting results.
• Elasticity and hand feel: Once the paste forms a film on the fabric, it exhibits good elasticity. The fabric retains its natural flexibility, and the hand feel is soft. The texture is dry, not sticky, providing a comfortable touch and wear experience.

5. Operation Process

• Screen selection: For the best printing results, we recommend using a 1000 – 1200 mesh screen. This mesh size allows for precise pattern transfer and controlled paste application.
• Viscosity adjustment: During printing, you can add an appropriate amount of pure water or humectant to adjust the viscosity according to your specific needs. This flexibility ensures smooth printing on different fabric types and printing techniques.
• Curing process: After printing, cure the fabric at room temperature for 24 hours. For an extra boost in fastness, especially for products that may undergo more frequent washing or harsher conditions, you can heat the fabric at 150°C for 1.5 – 2 minutes. This additional heating step will enhance the adhesion of the paste to the fabric, further improving durability.
