During this harvest season, Zhongyi Ink has adopted a continuous and proactive learning approach to empower the growth of its employees and inject new impetus into the company’s development. This month, a total of 6 training sessions were organized, with a cumulative training duration of 22 hours. A total of 118 employees participated, achieving an overall completion rate of 86%. Through concrete actions, it has fully demonstrated the profound meaning of a “learning organization”.
